Avinash is an Executive Director who provides leadership and guidance on the strategic direction of the Company.
He oversees and evaluates the internal controls for risk management, financial reporting and compliance.
He set values and standards to ensure all our obligations are understood and met.
Mr Kamath is a registered professional mechanical engineer, who has a wide ranging experience in engineering and business. Previously he has worked as a consultant for BHP Billiton, WorleyParsons and RioTinto.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and a postgraduate degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.

As a founding shareholder and Executive Director, Ajit is responsible for overall operations including capital raising, strategic planning, business development and project deliveries.
He ensures the Company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
He works closely with the Senior Management Team in ensuring the long term success of the Company.
Mr Kamath has a background in Civil Engineering and has been key driver of the company since the baton has been passed to him 15 years ago.
He has been providing leadership and support to the Senior Management Team, enabling us to deliver our strategy and achieve our aspirations without compromising integrity and internal controls.
